About the Opportunity:

Our client is a respected commercial builder with a strong pipeline of upcoming work across education, healthcare, government, and mixed-use developments. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily site operations, subcontractors, WHS compliance, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to spec. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the tools when required and leading a team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure works are progressing according to schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
• Monitor site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain WHS compliance at all times.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Liaise with the Project Manager and site team to report progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and productive job site.

About You:

• Qualified Carpenter with a strong understanding of commercial construction.
• Minimum 3-4 years' experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial projects (new builds, fit-outs, refurbishments, etc.).
• Proven ability to run a site independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• White Card, current Driver's Licence, and relevant tickets (e.g., First Aid, Working at Heights) preferred.
