Are you a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator ready to take the next step in your career?
We’re looking for dedicated Diploma-qualified educators to join our 144-place centre, working 5 days per week in either our Kindergarten room (Lead Educator) or Toddlers room (Assistant Educator).
Our centre has recently undergone a positive refresh, and with a supportive leadership team (Director, 2IC, and Educational Leader – all non-contact), this is the perfect opportunity to join a forward-thinking environment where your skills and passion will be valued.

About the Roles

• Lead Educator – Kindergarten Room (33 places): Work alongside an ECT, provide leadership in the room, and support younger staff with guidance and mentorship.
• Assistant Educator – Toddlers Room: Collaborate with senior educators to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our toddlers.

Requirements for the Role:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and care
• Paid Blue Card
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (preferred)
• 2 industry-specific references
• Flexible to work a rotating roster between 6am–6pm
