About the Role Emanate Technology is seeking a skilled Principal Vendor Management Officer to lead vendor performance and relationship management across a portfolio of ICT service providers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about driving value through strategic vendor partnerships.

What You Will Be Doing

• Building strong relationships with technology leaders to understand business priorities and outsourced service needs.
• Ensuring vendors deliver on contractual commitments and agreed outcomes.
• Monitoring vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
• Facilitating regular governance and performance forums with ICT vendors.
• Acting as the first point of escalation for vendor performance issues.
• Promoting continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for enhanced service delivery.
• Maintaining vendor risk and issue registers, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Keeping thorough records of all correspondence and contract-related documentation.
