Your new role

As the Principal Property Officer, you'll lead the delivery of strategic property advice and governance across the Early Childhood portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting high-level analysis and due diligence.
• Developing decision-making frameworks and performance monitoring tools.
• Leading property programs including leasing, tenure rationalisation, and third-party use.
• Managing complex projects with a focus on community benefit and infrastructure optimisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in property governance, leasing, or portfolio management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and policy affecting government property portfolios.
• Desirable qualifications or experience in conveyancing, town planning, property law, or site due diligence.
