We are searching for an outstanding Student Recruitment Manager to join our team on a Full Time Basis.

What we do

Our purpose, more than ever, is to revolutionise graduate employability and we do this by offering targeted programs to both domestic and international students.

Since 2008, we have helped over 35,000 graduates start their professional careers in Australia, primarily though our Professional Year Programs (offered under the Performance Education brand) but also through our various partnerships with universities and higher education providers.

We partner with over 11,500 Host Companies, allowing our dedicated Placements Team to find the right internship for our students, on time, every time. And it shows: 40% of our students are being offered a job directly from their internship.

Skills and experience

3+ years of experience in international student recruitment, with the ability to hit the ground running

Proven success in consistently exceeding sales targets, particularly through education and migration agents

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide market insights and practical, effective solutions

Knowledge of the Professional Year Program and agency networks is highly regarded

Proficiency in a second language (in addition to English) is a bonus but not essential
