You will lead the signing of new holiday properties under management. Your real estate knowledge and local network will be essential to build traction quickly.

Win new management agreements with property owners

Leverage your real estate experience and locally-based connections

Prospect, pitch, and close opportunities independently

Shape our Noosa & Sunshine Coast growth approach alongside leadership

Skills & Experience

Solid real estate experience (required)

Minimum 3-5 years of real estate experience required

Experience in either real estate sales or property management is required

Strong network within Noosa & Sunshine Coast property scene

Consistent performer in lead conversion and sales

Driver's license and vehicle

Australian work rights are required for this position
