Working Supervisor (Contract) – Remedial Building

About Us

Trademark Restoration Services delivers remedial building and façade restoration across Sydney — concrete cancer repairs, waterproofing, window and balustrade upgrades, and structural remediation on multi-unit residential and commercial buildings.

The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Working Supervisor to take charge of day-to-day operations on active remedial sites. You’ll run the program, lead trades, keep quality tight, and jump on the tools when required.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and labour

Plan daily tasks, manage deliveries, and sequence works

Ensure program milestones are met and report to the Construction Manager

Toolbox talks, SWMS compliance, site diaries, and QA checks

Liaise with clients and strata managers, attend site meetings

Maintain a safe, tidy, and compliant site at all times

Autonomy on site with direct support from management

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising remedial or general building works (strata experience an advantage)

Knowledge of remedial methods: concrete spalling repairs, membranes, façade restoration, windows/balustrades

Good communication skills, ability to deal confidently with residents and strata reps

Ability to read drawings and follow programs

White Card and driver licence (other tickets a plus)

Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel; site photos/diaries)

Australian work rights

Own vehicle and basic tools preferred
