The Role

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping us grow through effective outreach and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Qualifying potential clients

Scheduling appointments for brokers

Managing client data accurately

Delivering excellent customer service

Expect to make 50 calls per shift with 30 connections as part of your contribution to the team’s performance.

A clear communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly

Persuasive and persistent, with excellent time management

Organised, adaptable, and customer-focused

A strong listener with high attention to detail
