Lead Gen seeks a casual, contract or part-time booking consultant/appointment setter to join our high-performance team in a work-from-home / remote capacity.

About You:

Strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset

Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week from home (we strongly value work-life balance)

Must provide own computer and phone for remote work

Professional, well-presented, and confident

Excellent spoken and written English

Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team

Immaculate communication skills

Confident in handling objections and securing appointments

Minimum 1-2 years experience in appointment setting or booking consultation

Available for a minimum 3-6 month contract period

Key Responsibilities:

Calling cold and warm leads to book appointments

Building relationships with prospects and nurturing leads until they are ready to meet with clients

Achieving agreed weekly and monthly KPIs

Updating and maintaining CRM systems with 100% accuracy

Providing feedback to management on lead quality

Delivering a high standard of customer service and professionalism
