Are you a Registered Nurse with a knack for teaching and a love for critical care? Do you light up when sharing your knowledge and empowering others? If so, we’d love to welcome you to our education team at EmployEase!

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and upbeat RN with a TAE40116 or TAE40122 qualification (or recent clinical + training experience) to join us on a casual basis.

We’re especially keen to find someone who can deliver Advanced Life Support (ALS) training. If you’ve got critical care experience (ICU, ED, CCU) and a recent ALS certificate, you’re already halfway there!

Extra brownie points if you’ve completed the ACCCN Train the Trainer course – but if not, and you’re willing to jump in and complete it ASAP, we’ll support you all the way.

$68.50 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + super

🎓 What You’ll Be Teaching

Based in Melbourne (Queen St office) and out at client facilities across metro and regional VIC, you’ll deliver a mix of practical and theory-based training to healthcare workers. Topics include:

• 💊 Medication Administration for Support Workers
• 🍽️ PEG Tubes & Feeding
• 🚽 Bowel & Bladder Care
• 💉 Diabetes & Insulin Pen Administration
• ⚡ Epilepsy & Midazolam
• 🧼 ANTT
• 😡 Aggression Handling
• 🫁 Tracheostomy Care
• 🚨 Falls Prevention
• 🧠 Dementia Awareness
