🩺 Your Role:

Deliver safe, person-centred clinical care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Complete clinical, social, and self-care assessments.

Lead proactive care planning that truly responds to residents’ needs.

Manage wound care and medication administration with confidence.

Support and guide care staff through supervision, coaching, and mentoring.

Be the compassionate, professional presence that families can trust.

What You’ll Bring:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).

Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (mandatory).

Strong clinical knowledge with excellent attention to detail.

Compassionate communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritise, organise and multitask effectively.
