Hoxton is a not-for-profit organisation with a mission to provide employment opportunities for people living with disability.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised person to lead a team of our supported employees to complete work tasks in a production environment with a positive attitude.

About You

The successful candidate will be someone who is not only self-motivated but also able to motivate and lead their team.

The following criteria is a necessity;

Reliability

Empathy

Drivers License

Good Communication Skills

Computer Literacy

Ability to Motivate a Team

The following criteria will be highly regarded but we can provide you with the suitable training should you have the above criteria;

Cert IV Community Services or equivalent

First Aid Certificate

Experience working with people with disabilities

The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a criminal record check.

As a Not-for-Profit, our salary packaging options represent a significant tax savings for our staff.

We provide extensive on the job training to support our staff to be successful in their roles, and within our organisation.

Work hours are Monday to Friday 7:15am – 3:45pm, with 1 RDO per month.
