About the Role

As a Warehouse Administrator, working with and reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, you play a pivotal role in our warehouse and logistics delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting drivers on arrival

Answering phone calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner

Producing delivery dockets and dispatch paperwork, ensuring records are accurate and compliant with SOPs

Coordinating inbound and outbound freight

Checking stock and ensuring materials are ready when required

Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the logistics environment.

Work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

Punctual, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced environment

Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills

Comfortable engaging with drivers, clients, and team members from diverse backgrounds

Must have experience using ERP systems

Willingness to learn, adapt, and upskill

Previous experience in dispatch, warehousing, or logistics
