About the Role:

MHD-ROCKLAND, as part of our continued growth in the Australian and New Zealand Territory, are currently seeking a confident Warehouse Storeman with Forklift experience and holds a current HRWL for a LF Forklift to join and support our Brisbane based team on a full-time basis.

Duties & responsibilities:

Load and unload incoming and outbound freight

Safely operate Forklifts and Electric Pickers

Oversee the receipt and storage of goods and materials

Ensure compliance when storing and handling dangerous goods

Management and optimisation of warehouse storage

Perform inventory transactions and accurate upkeep of records

General housekeeping and administrative duties, including filing and data entry in our WMS

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Minimum of 2 years’ warehouse experience

Experience in defence logistics is highly advantageous; veterans encouraged to apply

Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Forklift experience and recent experience with high reach

Dangerous goods awareness and handling skills are desirable

Ability to obtain a statement of attainment (Aviation Security, Dangerous Goods & International Airfreight procedures are highly regarded)

Physical ability to lift 20kg or more

Positive, proactive and energetic team player

Qualifications & requirements:

Australian Citizen

Current Forklift License
