What you’ll do

Partner with SMEs and scale-ups on compliance, tax strategy, advisory, and reporting.

Drive efficiency and accuracy through AI-enabled processes and automation.

Mentor junior accountants and contribute to projects that push the firm forward.

What you’ll bring

3–6 years in public practice/business services (SMSF experience a plus).

Degree in Accounting/Commerce and CA/CPA (completed or near completion).

Confidence with Xero / MYOB / QuickBooks and strong communication skills.

Energy, curiosity, and a drive for innovation and ownership.

The package

$110k–$130k inclusive (commensurate with experience).

Hybrid working (Camberwell HQ + remote days), wellness initiatives, and funded PD.
