On behalf of our client, a high-performing real estate agency, we are seeking a polished Receptionist. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and creative skills who is ready to take ownership of sales support, marketing campaigns, and brand presence within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, greeting all visitors and managing incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism.
- Provide sales administration support including preparing listing documentation, processing marketing materials, and assisting agents with contracts and compliance.
- Maintain and update databases/CRM systems (AgentBox/PropertyMe) with accuracy, ensuring client details, campaigns, and communications are always current.
- Assist with company marketing initiatives including social media scheduling, e-newsletters, and community events.
- General reception and office duties including managing meeting rooms, ordering supplies, and liaising with external suppliers.
About You
- Current Certificate of Registration in Real Estate – essential
- Previous experience in real estate marketing, administration, or sales support
- Confident communicator with polished presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
- Tech-savvy with experience across CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
- Motivated, proactive, and career-focused with a genuine passion for property and marketing
