We’re now looking for a passionate and proactive Treatment Coordinator to be the central figure in each patient's care journey—from their very first phone call to their final smile reveal.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Before the Consultation:

Call and warmly welcome each patient as soon as their appointment is booked.

Build a detailed “Consultation Gameplan” with notes from Patient Consultants and share it with the clinical team.

Ensure all preparation is complete—documents printed, NEPQ framework reviewed, and expectations set.

Consult Day Execution:

Greet and settle the patient in a comfortable environment.

Guide them through digital intake forms and use NEPQ questioning to uncover pain points, personal goals, and emotional motivators.

Smoothly transition the patient to the clinical team for their scans, assessment, and treatment recommendations.

Post-Consultation:

Reconnect with the patient, review treatment options, and align the plan with their priorities.

Present financial pathways using Super and HUMM/SuperCare (training provided).

Confidently close the case by securing the deposit and booking their next steps.

Ongoing Care:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the patient, guiding them with empathy and structure.

Coordinate behind-the-scenes with admin, finance, and clinical teams to keep treatment on track.

What We’re Looking For

Personal Attributes:

Genuine passion for patient care and empowering outcomes.

Warm, confident communicator who listens deeply and guides with purpose.

Emotionally intelligent and able to connect with patients going through major change.

Experience & Competencies:

Dental or healthcare admin experience is ideal, but strong service backgrounds (cosmetic, allied health, patient services, etc.) are welcome.

Able to confidently discuss treatment costs, timelines, and patient funding pathways.

Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating cloud-based systems and CRMs.

Bonus Points For:

Prior exposure to All-on-4, surgical, or high-end dental treatments.

Knowledge of superannuation release or health/dental finance platforms (e.g., HUMM, SuperCare).

Sales or consultation training (NEPQ, soft sales, psychology-based frameworks).
