Remuneration: $75,011.44 to $87,199.34 pa + superannuation & leave loading

We're looking for a dedicated Health Safety and Wellbeing Officer to help build and maintain health, safety, and wellbeing capabilities across our organisation. In this vital role, you'll support the wellbeing of our employees, councillors, contractors, and volunteers, while contributing to a positive safety culture through practical initiatives and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Health Safety and Wellbeing Lead, you'll engage with stakeholders to promote safe work practices and assist in maintaining our Health and Safety Management System. To be successful for this role you will require:

• Degree, diploma or certificate in Work Health and Safety and / or relevant experience.
• Ability to work proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of competency in Microsoft office suite and ability to adapt quickly to other software programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Valid National Police Check.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
