We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and successful Operations team in our Belmont.

The Role:

In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for recruiting for blue collar, hospitality and healthcare. Strong organisational skills and a professional demeanour are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end to end recruitment activities

Advertising, screening and sourcing suitable candidates

Organising staffing for clients needs

Providing timely and outstanding customer service both to clients and candidates

Effective database management

Work as part of a team and assist with various tasks as required

Accurate data entry

Skills and experience

Experience in the labour hire or recruitment sectors

Strong attention to detail

Professional and friendly phone manner

Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

Ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and candidates.
