IronMerge People is looking for an experienced Blue-Collar recruiter to join our Mining Team and play a key role in connecting skilled trades and operators with major projects across Western Australia.

With an active desk and strong pipeline of vacancies, you’ll step straight into a role where your recruitment skills will have an immediate impact.

What We’re Looking For:

Recruitment Consultants - All Levels $75,000 - $105,000PA + COMS

• Proven experience recruiting for mining, civil, or heavy industries in WA
• Strong network of operators, tradespeople, and site-based workers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of site compliance, FIFO requirements, and mobilisation processes
• Experience with JobAdder, Enable, and Xero will be highly regarded

You’ll be responsible for:

• Sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades and mobile plant operators
• Managing end-to-end recruitment including compliance and onboarding
• Coordinating rosters, mobilisation, and site requirements
• Building strong client and candidate relationships
• Staying updated on WA mining and civil industry trends
