We’re looking for a motivated Healthcare Recruitment Consultant with proven industry experience and a strong interest in business development to help us grow this exciting new division.

This is your chance to build a desk from the ground up, carve out your niche in healthcare recruitment, and be directly involved in shaping the future of ETA’s healthcare footprint.

What You’ll Do

• Drive business development to establish and grow ETA’s healthcare client base.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare roles – sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and placement.
• Partner with clients to provide tailored workforce solutions and deliver a high level of service.
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
• Work closely with ETA leadership to develop strategy and direction for this new desk.
