About the role

Link-Force Au' is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our team in Adelaide, SA 5000. As a fulltime Project Engineer/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects, overseeing all aspects of project management and ensuring the efficient and timely completion of each undertaking.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

Coordinating and overseeing all project activities, including procurement, logistics, and onsite supervision

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures

Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing effective risk management strategies

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including subcontractors and clients, to ensure seamless project execution

Providing regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders

Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar project management role within the construction industry

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects, from inception to completion

Strong technical skills and understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment

Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Proficient in the use of project management software and related tools

Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
