This position offers a platform to broaden your project experience, take on responsibility, and build a career pathway within one of the most respected consultancies in the industry. You will be involved in the structural design of a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects, working on complex projects across South Australia and beyond. As part of a diverse, multidisciplinary team, you will be supported by industry-leading experts while developing your technical capabilities in a collaborative environment.

The Role

• Undertake structural design and analysis for civil infrastructure, such as bridges, tunnels, highways, rail and maritime, through all project stages.
• Prepare technical deliverables including reports, specifications, and design documentation.
• Collaborate with drafting and modelling teams to coordinate design outputs.
• Contribute to design reviews, problem-solving, and project meetings.
• Work closely with senior engineers, receiving mentorship while also having the opportunity to support junior team members.
• Engage with clients and colleagues to contribute to project outcomes and opportunities.

The Like Mind

You are a motivated Structural Engineer looking to progress your career with a globally recognised consultancy. You will bring 3–5 years’ postgraduate experience in designing steel or concrete structures, and enthusiasm for learning and a collaborative mindset that allows you to thrive within a team environment.
