Seedlings Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Cook / Chef to join our team at our beautiful 101-place centre in Mount Warren Park.

As our centre cook, you’ll play a vital role in shaping healthy habits for children from their very first bites. Every meal you prepare helps little learners grow, thrive, and feel cared for. About the Role

Plan and prepare fresh, nutritious, and balanced meals and snacks for children aged 0–5 years.

Cater for dietary requirements, allergies, and cultural needs.

Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with food safety standards.

Work collaboratively with educators to support children’s wellbeing and healthy eating habits.

Manage stock control and ordering within budget.

About You

Previous experience as a cook or chef, ideally within an early childhood, school, or similar environment.

Knowledge of safe food handling practices (Food Safety Supervisor Certificate desirable).

Ability to plan menus that meet the nutritional needs of children.

Organised, reliable, and passionate about healthy cooking.

Positive team player with good communication skills.
