Wings Early Learning Ripley is a brand new, purpose-built 120 place early learning centre committed to providing high-quality early education and care. The centre is in its final stages of construction and is due to open in early January 2026.

Role Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

Recent experience in an early childhood education and care setting – ideally a larger service such as this one.

Qualification in your chosen position / field

A current Blue Card and ACECQA approved First Aid qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and value customer service

A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children and mentoring educators

Have a long-term career view with the opportunity to grow with the business

Pride in your personal appearance and presentation

For Administrator role:

Current experience as an independent Administrator in a childcare centre. (due to the VERY specific nature of Childcare Administration, other administration experience will not be considered)

Extensive experience and confidence with all things CCS and admin- you will be expected to be able to work autonomously.

Experience with Kangarootime (CCMS software) highly advantageous!

Ability to manage centre debt, with confidence to resolve outstanding debt with families.

Attention to detail, organisation, cleanliness

Friendly, very bubbly personality
