Are you an Associate/ Senior Associate Landscape Architect looking for that next step in your career, with your eyes looking toward a Principal role within an industry leading, award-winning Landscape Architecture office? This opportunity is in an internationally recognised practice operating across Australasia, Africa and the Middle East. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and creative Senior Associate with experience in the design and delivery of landscape projects to join their close-knit team in Sydney. This is a collaborative and explorative design studio which have a busy portfolio including education, residential, public, commercial, regional and urban projects.

Key responsibilities

Lead the design and preparation of concept plans, design development, documentation packages and design reports for local and national projects.

Project planning, managing delivery timelines

Allocate projects to design team and optimise work flow

Engage and liaise with clients

Point of contact for multiple projects/ consultant teams

Mentor graduates and junior staff

Assure quality documentation is delivered across all stages

Producing high quality visual & presentation material

Skills and experience

Qualifications in Landscape Architecture

Operating at a level equivalent to 10+ years experience

Knowledge in local project delivery, detail design and documentation skills.

Experience in working with local councils, governments, planners and developers.

Confident contract administration capabilities

Demonstrated experience of dealing regularly with clients and consultants

Highly skilled in AutoCAD or Revit

Great attention to detail and technical ability

Excellent communication skills both verbal and graphic

A positive attitude, confident and enthusiastic in a team environment
