Key Responsibilities

Involvement on projects from early concept through to construction

Collaborate with Leadership and other team members

Respond to complex issues with innovative solutions

Liaise with and manage feedback from client, consultant, and contractor teams

Production of working drawings, detailing and delivery of packages

Skills and experience

Relevant architectural qualifications and working rights

Proven local experience in reputable Australian practices, ideally on Class 2 multi-residential buildings

Operating at a level similar to 5+ years' experience

Passion for contemporary, Residential architecture and understanding of high-rise and medium density developments

Confident design skills and experience with Residential codes

Highly organised and able to work across multiple projects

Excellent skills in ArchiCAD

Skills in Sketchup, Enscape, and Adobe Suite also desired

Strong communication and presentation skills

Great attention to detail and time management abilities

Demonstrated understanding of projects concept to completion
