What You’ll Do

Lead Class 1 residential projects from DA through to delivery

Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the lifecycle

Oversee and review documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and design integrity

Support junior team members and contribute to studio knowledge-sharing

What You’ll Need

Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

NSW registration (desired but not essential)

Minimum 8 years’ architectural experience with Class 1 residential projects (Class 2 experience desirable)

Strong documentation and project delivery skills

Proficiency in ArchiCAD with experience leading and overseeing projects/teams
