About the role:

Operating within The Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President, the Advisor Strategy and Insights supports the Office in providing well-researched analysis, advice and communication on a range of matters related to the university's broader strategic objectives, internal initiatives and measures, and conditions in the external environment which may impact the university and/or the sector. This work is undertaken to facilitate executive decision-making and achieve the university's mission and organisational outcomes.

The successful candidate will work in partnership with, and as a high-level advisor to the Chief of Staff, while also collaborating with stakeholders across the university to monitor progress on the delivery of ACU's strategic priorities. Responsibilities will include coordination of reporting on strategic goals and initiatives, governance reporting, and monitoring performance against strategic metrics, all of which underpin informed leadership and drive progress toward the ambitions outlined in Vision 2033.

What we offer:

Total remuneration valued to $160,095 - $170,833 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $135,360 - $144,538 (pro rata) pa (HEW 9), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.

Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
