Join Revenue NSW's Strategy team, part of the Strategy & Innovation business unit, where we lead the delivery of Aspire 2032-our bold, long-term strategy to become the world's most innovative and customer-centric revenue management agency.
We're a collaborative, forward-thinking group that thrives on turning strategic vision into tangible outcomes. This role is central to driving strategic planning and performance reporting that informs decisions and tracks progress across the organisation.

Your Day-to-Day
As a Senior Advisor Strategy, you will:

  • Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that respond to shifting environments and emerging opportunities.
  • Guide the creation and implementation of strategy frameworks and delivery plans that support decision-making at the executive level.
  • Translate research and environmental scanning into actionable insights that shape strategic direction and inform decisions for senior leaders.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support reporting, engagement and collaboration with senior stakeholders to solve complex business problems.
  • Facilitate strategic planning processes and support business units in aligning with Aspire 2032.
  • Inspire forward-thinking, adapt quickly, and maintain momentum
