Company Overview:
We are an Australian family owned e-commerce store. We are currently looking for an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The candidate MUST have e-Commerce, CRM and Shopify experience or similar.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media or live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Update and maintain customer records in our CRM system (Gorgias).
Provide accurate information on products and services, troubleshooting issues and offering suitable solutions.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently in Shopify.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with your team to meet customer service targets and help improve processes.
Assist in other duties as needed. E.g. helping the social media team occasionally. If you have social media experience or other transferable skills please highlight this.
Skills, attributes & qualifications:
Experience with Gorgias or similar CRM system is essential. Please only apply if you meet this requirement.
Experience and confidence in online (emails or live chat) and phone customer or client service is essential. Please only apply if you meet this requirement.
Experience with e-Commerce is essential.
Reliability is key: You will consistently deliver high-quality service, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly, accurately and on time with minimal supervision.
A friendly and professional phone manner with a customer-first approach.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive problem-solving ability and can-do attitude towards customer service.

Experience flexible hours: Monday to Friday, 5-6 hours per day (negotiable). Will require multiple days per week in the office. WFH day(s) to be discussed.
