Who will you be working with?

You’ll lead a team of 10–12 customer service professionals in a fast-paced call centre, building a culture that’s people-focused, customer-first, and performance-driven.
As Sales & Service Centre Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind team success — setting clear goals, coaching for growth, and creating an environment where hitting targets feels just as rewarding as helping customers protect their passions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Inspire and coach your team to exceed service and sales targets
• Take ownership of daily operational performance across the centre
• Run effective leadership routines: 1:1s, coaching, team meetings
• Build a culture of customer excellence and accountability
• Provide expert support for escalated queries
• Use data and insights to drive smarter, more efficient processes

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years in a call centre environment
• Proven leadership experience (call centre leadership highly regarded)
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills
• Confidence in influencing, negotiating, and resolving conflict
• Resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• A team player who thrives on building a positive culture
