Broad role covering financial & management accounting | Report directly to the FC

About the Role
This is a broad and hands-on Accountant position, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. You will play a key role in both financial and management accounting, supporting the business through its next phase of growth. The role requires a positive, solutions-focused professional who enjoys being proactive and driving improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, journals, reconciliations, and reporting packs.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support end-of-month and year-end processes in line with statutory requirements.
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and problem-solving support.
• Continuous improvement of financial systems, controls, and processes.

About You

• CPA or CA qualified accountant.
• Experience in both financial and management accounting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, “front-footed” approach.
• Excellent communication and ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders.
• Flexible and adaptable, with an eagerness to contribute to a growing business.
