Salary: $68,000 to $78,000/ per annum + Superannuation

About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager at The Coffee Club, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring great food, excellent coffee, and memorable service. This role requires a strong leader who can manage staff, maintain high standards, and deliver outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café and restaurant operations including staffing, rostering, and service delivery

• Recruit, train and supervise team members to maintain high performance standards

• Contribute to menu planning and promotional activities to enhance business growth

• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control processes

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Handle financial administration including budgets and reporting

• Maintain a welcoming environment consistent with The Coffee Club’s brand values

• Resolve customer feedback and promote guest satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 yr previous experience in a café or hospitality management role

• Qualification: A diploma in hospitality management or relevant

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and café operations
