Exciting opportunity to work in a busy modern restaurant in the heart of Sydney CBD. Tajima Yakiniku is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

What we're looking for:

Excellent customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude

Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in Asian restaurants (in Japanese restaurants preferred)

Proven ability to lead, train, and manage restaurant staff including rostering and performance management

Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including evening, weekends and public holidays

Experience in POS and payments handling with precision and charm

A good understanding of alcohol, its service and recommendations to guests (BAR TENDING skills would be a plus)

A current RSA

Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
