Our client, a leading multi-award-winning Australian Law Firm, is seeking an experienced Office Services Manager to join their thriving Brisbane CBD office. In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll oversee the delivery of key business services and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
You’ll take ownership of the office budget, liaise with building management, handle urgent employee requests, and lead process improvements across the firm such as the mailroom, reception and catering teams. As the first point of contact for critical incidents, your leadership will be vital in maintaining efficiency, professionalism and service excellence.
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring experience in a similar supervisory capacity and strong people management skills gained within a Law Firm or Professional Services firm, a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, and proven experience in office services. You’ll be highly organised, detail-oriented and thrive in a role where no two days are the same. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to build strong relationships across the business and manage high-pressure situations with confidence.
