I’m looking for a Lead React Native Developer to take charge of greenfield mobile projects and build out a brand-new mobile capability. You’ll be one of the first hires in this space, setting the technical direction, growing a team, and delivering mobile apps that make a real impact.

The day to day:

• Leading design and development with React Native (Expo), TypeScript, and Node.js
• Setting coding standards, best practices, and architecture decisions
• Driving AI adoption to boost developer productivity and innovation
• Recruiting, mentoring, and growing a high-performing mobile team
• Owning greenfield projects from concept to production

Experience required:

• Strong experience delivering mobile apps with React Native (Expo a plus)
• Solid background in TypeScript, modern JS, and backend with Node.js
• Previous leadership experience – setting standards, guiding engineers, influencing architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and release management for mobile apps
• Bonus points for experience with native modules, Sentry/Firebase, or AI in production
