About the Role
This is a newly created DevSecOps leadership role, focused on driving cloud security, compliance, and automation across the business. You’ll take ownership of the company’s ISO27001 program and embed secure-by-design practices across infrastructure and engineering.

It’s a hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in scale-up environments, combining day-to-day technical delivery with strategic influence over processes, controls, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, automation, and security of cloud-native infrastructure.
• Own and operationalise the ISO27001 ISMS, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
• Implement security tooling and best practices across CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams to embed security from design through to delivery.
• Act as the go-to security leader, providing technical direction, education, and incident readiness across the business.

Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years in DevSecOps, cloud security, or platform security engineering roles.
• Strong AWS expertise with experience across automation, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Proven track record leading ISO27001 programs or equivalent security frameworks.
• Comfortable being hands-on with tooling, scripting, and security operations while guiding wider teams.
• Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between engineering, product, and compliance.
