What the role looks like

• Carry out inspections to confirm setups meet safety, regulatory, and project requirements.
• Create and adapt Traffic Guidance Schemes in real time.
• Allocating resources to maintain coverage.
• Oversee crews to make sure PPE, permits, and compliance standards are in place.
• Complete documentation and reports.
• Lead nightly pre-starts and ensure traffic crews are prepared and compliant.
• Respond to incidents and ensure corrective actions are followed through.
• Mentor and guide team members to lift performance and maintain a safety-first culture.
• Provide detailed nightly handovers to management for seamless project continuity.

What you’ll bring

• Experience supervising traffic management teams in civil or infrastructure projects.
• Current TMD accreditation with proven ability in TGS design and review.
• Strong knowledge of relevant traffic compliance standards.
• Confidence using compliance and workforce systems.
• Leadership skills that motivate teams and build confidence on-site.
• Availability to commit to full-time night shifts .
