Quality Health Care (QHC) is seeking an empathetic and reliable Community Support Worker to provide consistent support to a client living independently in Woolloomooloo. This individual is currently facing alcohol addiction, living alone, and requires steady, person-centred support across daily living and community activities.

This is a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life by building them up, providing stability, encouragement, and practical support to help them maintain independence and connection.

Personal care and domestic assistance

Supporting community access and social engagement

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting clients with addiction, mental health, or complex needs

Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust and consistency

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts as the roster is established

Unrestricted Driver’s Licence preferred

NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
