We’re looking for a junior Office Administrator to support our consultants and play an integral role in our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of office experience to gain hands-on recruitment and administration exposure.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Formatting CVs and reports for consultants
- Posting job adverts on multiple platforms
- Managing candidate data in our internal systems
- Coordinating interview schedules
- Assisting with recruitment projects and other ad hoc tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident, detail-oriented professional with excellent organisational skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A genuine interest in recruitment or legal services
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives under deadlines
- A bubbly, team-oriented personality
Ideal Candidate:
- A recent graduate in HR, Arts, or a related field
- OR 1–2 years’ experience in an office or admin role
- Must have full working rights in Australia
