Aquatic Leisure Technologies (ALT) has been helping WA families dive into their backyard dreams for nearly 50 years. We’re WA’s most trusted and awarded pool brand, and right now, we’re on the lookout for Sales Consultants who can make a splash with customers and know how to turn a dry, dusty backyard into the coolest spot in the street.

This isn’t about sitting back and waiting for the phone to ring. It’s about getting out there, showing people how to beat the heat, and closing deals like a cannonball off the deep end. In return, you’ll score a solid base, uncapped commissions, and the chance to build a career with the best in the business.

What we’re looking for

A hunter’s mindset – you don’t just float along, you chase results.

A proven history of smashing sales targets.

Energy, resilience, and enough drive to outlast a 40° summer day.

Flexibility to work rostered weekends (but hey, no early morning slab pours or freeway jams).
