What you’ll be doing:

Speaking with clients via phone and email based on incoming enquiries to understand their removal and storage needs – no cold calling!

Promoting our services and preparing quotations for domestic and international moves

Organising in-home consultations for our on-road Sales Consultants

Using your customer service and sales experience to meet and exceed KPIs

Working closely with a supportive, experienced sales team in a dynamic environment

What we’re looking for:

Previous sales or customer service experience

Appointment setting and/or consultant diary management experience

Ability to learn a new industry quickly

Strong computer and administrative skills

Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail

Highly regarded if you also have:

Experience selling in a service-based environment

A proven record of exceeding sales targets

Strong follow-up and closing skills

Previous experience in the removals or logistics industry
