Hey there!

My client is a well-respected consultancy with a bunch of exciting projects on the go, and I'm looking for a Civil Engineer with a couple of years’ experience in the Aussie consultancy world to jump in and help them keep things moving.

They’ve got a great vibe — supportive, down-to-earth, and genuinely fun to work with. Multiple offices, heaps of variety in the work, and a team that actually enjoys what they do.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be taking the lead on client projects, working closely with councils, prepping designs, and helping get approvals over the line. You’ll also be involved in quoting, managing projects, and keeping everything running smoothly from concept to construction.

Expect to get stuck into:

• Design plans and tender docs
• Council approvals
• Contract admin and construction monitoring
• Working with clients and contractors
• Helping out with business development (if that’s your thing)

Who We’re Looking For

You’re someone who:

• Has 2+ years of civil engineering experience in Australia (or NZ)
• Pays attention to the little things
• Enjoys working with people and building solid relationships
• Has an engineering degree or similar
• Knows your way around civil construction gear and methods
• Can handle design work, calculations, and interpreting test results
• Is a team player and keen to help others grow
• Can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat
