Duties & Responsibilities

Interpret work assignment guidelines with clarity and precision

Prepare sketches, charts, tabulations, plans, and designs to support civil works

Collect and analyse data, perform computations, and support project decisions

Estimate material costs and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations

Inspect works, supervise maintenance and repair activities

Maintain quality assurance documentation

Assist the Engineering Manager with document control and record-keeping

Essential Skills & Attributes

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the civil construction industry

Skilled in reading and producing technical drawings and documentation

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Strong communication and coordination skills with engineering and site teams

Proven problem-solving ability, detail-focused, and capable of working independently
