We are seeking a Casual Dental Assistant/Receptionist to work across our 1300SMILES Belgian Gardens and 1300SMILES North Shore practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in either reception or dental assisting and/or be willing to be trained in both areas.

Job Description

• Provide clinical chairside assistance and support during procedures.
• Deliver excellent patient care, both in the chair and at reception.
• Maintain strict sterilisation protocols and a clean, hygienic environment.
• Manage stock, supplies, and assist with front-desk duties including bookings and patient enquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
• Experience in dental procedures and terminology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in dental software.
