Customer Service Administrator – Join an Industry Leader!

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s friendly and fast-paced team based at the Port. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

You'll be the key link between customers, warehouse, and transport teams — ensuring smooth coordination, accurate information flow, and top-tier service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handle internal and external customer service queries professionally and efficiently

Enter accurate data into in-house systems and maintain up-to-date records

Prepare and update KPI reports, weekly and monthly

Provide general administrative support to the wider team

Communicate with customers in a timely, clear, and courteous manner

Coordinate daily orders between clients, warehouse, and transport teams

Monitor order status and follow up using tools like WMS (e.g. Orders Not Shipped / EDI Error Reports)

Liaise with the Inventory Controller to arrange stock counts as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in logistics/transport or a similar fast-paced industry

Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills

High attention to detail — you don’t let things slip through the cracks

Able to show initiative and make decisions when needed

A team player who’s punctual, honest, and reliable
