Our warehouse team plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Warehouse Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, both in-person and over the phone/email.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with stock management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to warehouse operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service or a warehouse role (preferred but not essential).
• Basic/Intermediate computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Physical ability to lift and move items as required also must have forklift licence.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to providing top-notch service.
