Key accountabilities include:

In your first weeks and months, you will:
Work directly with the CEO to onboard into the executive team
Build strong relationships across programs, governance groups, and partners
Contribute to finalising our new Strategic Plan and begin shaping the Business Plan
Familiarise yourself with workforce structures, systems, and organisational culture
Within 6–12 months, you will be leading:
Delivery of strategic and business plan priorities
Development of a refreshed workforce strategy to boost attraction, retention, and wellbeing
Partnerships and external engagement that elevate Karralika’s profile
Improvements in governance, compliance, and sustainability across corporate services
Is This You?
We’re looking for a strategic, people-first leader who thrives in executive environments.
You will bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
5+ years in a senior leadership or executive role, ideally in NGO/community or health sectors
Strong governance, workforce, and compliance expertise
A proven ability to drive organisational strategy and build partnerships
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence
You will thrive here if you are:
Forward-thinking and innovative
Grounded in compliance, but open to new ideas
Values-led, empathetic, and collaborative
Calm under pressure, with clear strategic vision
This is a role for someone who wants to grow — potentially into a future CEO role — while making a meaningful impact now.
