Incolink is a joint enterprise of employer associations and industry unions in the Victorian, Tasmanian and South Australian commercial construction industry.

We are Australia’s number one entitlement fund with a simple focus — to be the leading provider of worker entitlements, insurance and wellbeing services to the commercial construction industry. Our unique mix of financial, mindhealth and wellbeing services enables us to support worker and employer members, continually improve our service offering, and reinvest back into the industry.

The role
The primary purpose of this role is to build enduring relationships with our employee and employer members, rollover worker members to Incolink and provide assistance to employee and employer members when making claims, engage major employers as to the range of services Incolink has available, including member wellbeing services on construction sites.

Responsibilities
Actively manage the ongoing positive relationships with workers and employers, guiding and supporting them through their interactions with the organisation.

Embody a continuous improvement mindset through identifying and raising opportunities in processes, products and services Utilise investigative, reporting and analytical skills to make decisions and support projects

Development of the ‘Tasmania strategy’ and implementation

Participate in developing communications to employers and workers

Helping lead the development of new services for employers

Ensure major employers understand the scope and content of services available

Advocate for Incolink as Victoria’s redundancy fund of choice, for employers

Proactively generate leads for delivery of our Physical and MindHealth & Wellbeing services and other services developed by Incolink

Represent and promote our services at major Stakeholder events

Ensure Incolink understands the needs of its employer market segment, identifying opportunities to build and enhance positive relationships with Incolink’s Members.

Skills / Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial construction industry and a demonstrated ability to manage and build customer relationships using outstanding communication skills.
In particular, you will have:

Good working knowledge of the Victorian commercial building and construction industry

Strong Industrial relations knowledge and experience

Demonstrated high level understanding of employer needs and how to address these needs

Ability to effectively communicate with employers, workers, unions & employer associations

Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter

Good presentation and public speaking skills

Ability to arrange, conduct and evaluate promotional activities

Experience in communicating and liaising with management at all levels

Appropriate experience in the use of databases, power point and promotional tools

Good verbal and written communication skills

Motor vehicle license

An understanding of physical, mindhealth and wellbeing practices and programs in the construction workplace is desirable but not essential.
